At Leaora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email or receipt).
We do not accept returns on opened or used toilet rolls or kitchen towels for hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened toilet rolls or kitchen towels

Products not in their original packaging

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm we’ve received it and notify you of the refund status.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Recheck your bank account or payment method.

Contact your card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank—there may be a processing delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please email info@leaora.co.uk with your order details and reason for exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
