Inside Our Loughborough Tissue Factory

Our converting facility is equipped with precision 1400mm semi-automatic rewinding machinery, allowing us to turn jumbo parent reels into neatly finished toilet rolls and kitchen towels for retail and commercial use.

We use 100% virgin pulp parent reels to achieve a soft, strong and consistent finish. Throughout production, our team carefully monitors each stage of the converting process, including paper web tension, log saw cutting, tail-seal gluing and water-based tissue lamination.

This attention to detail helps us maintain consistent sheet counts, securely wound rolls and dependable ply adhesion across our product range.
